Who we are

SwiftFiat (“we”, “us”) operates this website — a marketing and information site for our crypto-to-cash liquidity products. This policy explains what we collect through this site and what we do with it.

It covers this website only. The SWIIFT App and the OTC desk are separate services with their own terms and privacy notices, presented when you sign up or trade.

What we collect

This site has no user accounts. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us:

• Contact form — your name, email address, and message, so we can reply to your enquiry.
• Email subscriptions — your email address, so we can send you the updates you asked for.

We do not collect financial information, identity documents, or wallet addresses through this website.

How we use it

We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry, and your subscription email to send occasional updates. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to remove your details at any time.

Cookies

This site keeps cookies to a minimum. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies; anything present is limited to what the site needs to function. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Third parties

We do not currently share personal information collected on this site with third-party services. If we add a provider — for example an email delivery service for subscriptions — we will name it here before it handles your data.

Retention and your rights

We keep contact messages and subscription emails only as long as needed for the purpose you gave them. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email us and we will act on the request promptly.
